Michelle is probably the one health professional that has consistently inspired me to create a healthy lifestyle. I have struggled for many years with various forms of eating disorders and Michelle has an extensive background in working with people of all different levels and types of eating disorders. She is absolutely one of the most empowering people i know because she provides a plethora of information and education on nutrition and health so that i can make informed choices and, gives me the tools so that i can implement those choices. Every time i leave her office, I feel ready to make the changes necessary in my live my life free of the painful burdens that eating disorders cause.
